Despite its small size, there is nothing retiring about ‘Dayglow Pink.’ It blooms with branched, brilliant pink flower stalks held over mounds of deeply cut leaves, each splashed with a chocolate-colored center. A favorite with terrific purple winter foliage color, so you can enjoy four seasons of interest! This plant is an intergeneric cross between Heuchera and Tiarella with the best traits of both in one great plant. This recent selection forms a 5- to 8-inch mound of lobed, mint green leaves that are adorned with dark purple veining. 15-inch sprays of brilliant pink flowers appear in late spring and last several weeks. Nice choice for the woodland garden, or for edging in a shady perennial border or rock garden. Zone 4.
